Review Your Successes

Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in two or three decades.
— Tony Robbins

What have you accomplished in the past two or three decades?

I asked myself this question and was quite happy to see that I have accomplished quite a bit over the past few decades. I also noticed a trend in all that I’ve been doing.

Here’s a summary:

  • coaching entrepreneurs in their businesses for almost 9 years

  • delivering NLP FasTRAK training courses for the past 3 years

  • coaching managers and employees to improve their communications skills in my corporate roles in the financial services industry for 14 years

  • designing & developing courses on leadership skills, recruiting effectively, managing performance, team development, culture, conflict management and orientation to name a few for over 10 years

So, you could actually say that I’ve been coaching and training for the past two decades.

My focus has always been on clarity, strategy, service, simplicity and results.

I believe that everyone can be successful in whatever you desire as long as you take focused action daily towards your goals. You just need to have the clarity to know the strategic steps to grow and explode your business.

I also believe in continually improving your knowledge, skills and ability through self-improvement, taking courses, reading business and personal development books.

Today, I’m taking all that I have learned over the past 20 years and doing what I love to do and sharing it with people, just like you, who have the dream and desire to be an entrepreneur.

So I ask you…what have you accomplished in the past two or three decades?

Take a look at all you’ve achieved and see what trends pop up for you. Share it with me if you’d like. I’d love to see all you’ve accomplished.
