Believe in Yourself

A theme that I’ve discovered in many of my clients is that they will tell me that there is nothing interesting or unique about them.

They will tell me that there are so many other people out there who are more successful, have more experience, are more established, etc.

Here's my response.  That's awesome. They have paved the way for you to be successful and establish yourself.

Many years ago when I was first starting my coaching business, my mentor told me that it is better to follow in someone’s foot steps and model what they are doing to achieve their success than it is to create something completely new.

As she said “the Pioneer’s died”. While this is a pretty harsh statement, it always stuck with me. It’s healthier and more prosperous to follow the footsteps of others and add your own flair & unique ability than to create something brand new.

Another belief that I've heard from many of my clients is that they feel like a fraud, that they're afraid, that they can't do it, or have or be it.  Whatever "it" may be.

You can do IT. You can be IT. You can have IT.

"When you're different, sometimes you don't see the millions of people who accept you for what you are. All you notice is the person who doesn't." Jodi Picoult

You can be anything and do anything you set your mind to. As long as you do something.

Here's the thing.... there is no one else on this planet who has your story, your experiences, your unique perspective or your gifts.

There is someone out there in the world right now who needs your wisdom, your encouragement and your authentic self to lead them out of their darkness.

It’s time to give yourself permission to start standing in your authentic power.

I know you have it within you. I believe in you.
